When you request a quote, we collect:
- Name and company name
- WhatsApp / phone number
- Delivery country
- Product, quantity, and any specifications you share
3. Purpose & Legal Basis
We process your data to prepare your quote, fulfil sourcing and shipping services, and communicate about your order. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Sharing
Data may be shared with vetted partners strictly required to deliver your order: factories, inspection agents, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and final-mile carriers. We never sell your data.
5. Retention
Quote and order data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and up to 7 years thereafter to comply with accounting and tax obligations.
6. Your Rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and object to its processing, by contacting us via WhatsApp at +32 472 19 51 79. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
