Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern any quote request, sourcing engagement, or shipping contract entered into with Y.E.I.T.A ECOM ("we", "us", "Y.E.I.T.A"). By submitting a quote request or accepting an offer, you ("Client") accept these Terms.
1. Services
Y.E.I.T.A ECOM provides import, export, sourcing, quality control, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) logistics services between China and Europe. The exact scope, price, and timeline of each engagement is defined in the written offer accepted by the Client.
2. Quotes & Offers
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated and are based on the information provided by the Client. We reserve the right to revise pricing if product specifications, quantities, freight rates, customs duties, or VAT change before the order is confirmed.
3. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required to initiate sourcing or production. The balance is due before final shipment or upon delivery, depending on the agreed incoterm. Late payments may incur statutory interest.
4. Delivery & Risk
Delivery times are estimates and depend on third-party carriers, customs, and force majeure events. Under DDP, risk transfers to the Client upon delivery at the named destination.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected shipment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit. Cargo insurance is included up to invoice value; additional coverage can be arranged on request.
6. Compliance
The Client warrants that imported goods are lawful and not subject to embargoes, sanctions, or restrictions in the destination country. The Client is responsible for obtaining any product certifications (CE, RoHS, etc.) unless explicitly included in the quote.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of our registered office.
